Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase animals from our Site. By using our Site and Services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract and are capable of understanding and complying with these Terms. For anyone under the age of 18 please have a parent or guardian help you with the ordering and payment process.

Animal Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the reptiles and amphibians listed on our Site. Availability of animals may change without notice, but we will try to keep everything up to date.

Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you are agreeing to purchase the reptiles or products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to availability, errors in pricing, or issues with payment processing. All payments must be made using the payment methods we accept.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. A general price range for Fedex Priority overnight shipping is $50 to $95 depending on box size, weight, and destination. We use Reptiles Express via Fedex. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or any issues that arise during transit. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide accurate shipping information. If there are delays due to temperature extremes, we will inform the customer of the next safest delivery date. These are animals, not items and cannot sit for long once delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to get them unboxed and in their new home asap. We will make sure to provide a foam insulated box with either cold or heat pack depending on conditions.

Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of live animals, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for reptiles. However, if you receive a reptile that is DOA(Dead on arrival), please contact us within 1 day of receipt to discuss potential resolutions. Your satisfaction is paramount to us, and should an issue arise replacements or store credit are an option.

Care and Handling

Upon receiving your animal, you agree to provide appropriate care and handling. We are not responsible for any issues that arise from improper care or handling of the animal purchased. We recommend letting the animal rest for at least a couple days before offering any food or handling. In general it's best to keep handling reptiles and amphibians to a minimum to reduce stress.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Site or Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems. Using the Site to distribute harmful or malicious software

Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Reptiles.One or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content from our Site without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability
